I have been more than once to this hotel. Very nicely designed and styled, I always appreciate the size and design of the room and common areas. Attentive and welcoming staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast room. Big stylish room and bathroom, my room had a bath tub. Many wardrobes and drawers, to store everything away from your sight, and allowing to keep everything in good shape. Nice coffee/tea machine in room. Nice pool with sauna and Turkish bath (re-designed and refurbished since a few years ago), on top floor with view of the city. Roomy gym with treadmills, cardio machines and basic body building gear. High-quality and abundant breakfast, really a plus. You can have it also in the inner patio. The location is also a major plus in my view, central yet kind of secluded from the crowds. Parking options on the street are abundant in the high-quality residential district around (no fee at night). Tons of restaurants, services, malls, connections, attractions, etc. in the area. Has been and will be my reference place for Berlin.

Hotel is super close to an underground station. We really liked the mattress, the spaciousness and the cleanliness. The rooms seem well isolated, and we were not able to hear people in other rooms or in the corridor even, despite the hotel being busy. The room design was very appealing and worked very well for both work and leisure. It was nice to have a fridge, water, tea and a wellness area for resting upon arrival. The sauna temperature was great, and it is possible to do Aufguss. The pool is very small but good for a bit of floating. There are quite a few great cafés and restaurants nearby such as La Petite France, Pao Pao and Meishiwu Deli House. The Ku'damm is only a short walk away if you need a highstreet shopping fix.

I moved to this hotel after my after initial hotel choice was a complete dud. I got a great deal on the junior suite. Very big suite, comfortable sized lounge room, great closet space and huge bathroom. Perfect for a week long stay. The Wellness Center is great. Cleaning and evening roll down service were excellent. Although they are 'very efficient and fast' so you need to put out your do not disturb sign out when you want privacy. The morning breakfast was very good. I highly recommend including breakfast in your stay as there are very limited food options around the hotel. The outside back patio is also nice for afternoon or early evening drinks. Overall a great stay.

We traveled to Berlin for my partner’s birthday and it was our first time in the city. The hotel staff was really nice, surprised us with champagne and dessert, both lovely. The room was spacious and clean. The spa was nice, little bit small, but we enjoyed our time there. The location was good, we had to take public transport as it was too far from centre. Breakfast was nice, up until noon which is great if you like a lay in. We were able to store our luggages after check out. We went to the zoo last day as it’s super close to it and it was worth it. I can highly recommend this place

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. We informed them of car trouble and an expected after midnight arrival which was nine hours later than planned. Possibly that was taken into consideration, and they certainly took care of us and put us in a very nice room. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and location. We left our car parked the entire time and had no trouble touring Berlin on foot and with easy access to public transportation. This hotel set the bar high for the other four hotels we visited during our road trip in Norway, Denmark and Germany.
